Hiring School Bus Drivers for Northern York Area School District

Thank you for your interest in working in the Northern York Area School District. Rohrer Bus, in partnership with Northern York, are seeking caring, responsible, and reliable people to transport our most precious cargo! We currently have School Bus Driver and School Van Driver positions available.

School Bus Driver Jobs:

  • Bring up to two pre-school aged kids with you
  • Training location: Rohrer Bus Duncannon Office for Classroom, on-the-road training within the district
  • Pay: Depends on the route- earn on average $21.50/hour (with opportunity to earn more); additional work is available
  • Lot Addresses: 625 S. Mountain Rd, Dillsburg, PA
  • 30-40 hours of initial training to obtain CDL, School Bus, Passenger, Air Brake endorsements
    (All provided and paid for by us)
  • Must get a physical examination, drug screen, & tuberculosis test (All paid for by us)
  • Must have a good 10-year driving record, FBI Background Clearance, PA State Criminal Record, & PA Child Abuse Clearance (All paid for by us)

School Van Driver Jobs:

  • Bring your kids with you on select runs
  • Training Location: Rohrer Bus Duncannon Office
  • Pay: $15/hour
  • Lot Address: 625 S. Mountain Rd, Dillsburg, PA
  • Must get a physical examination, drug screen, & tuberculosis test (All paid for by us)
  • Must have a good 10-year driving record, FBI Background Clearance, PA State Criminal Record, & PA Child Abuse Clearance (All paid for by us)
