This FAMILY registration section is for you (the employee), one guest (spouse, sibling, neighbor, etc.), and your children (18 and younger) that live in your house. If you’re bringing people who do not meet this criteria, use the Additional Guest Section (this will appear when you hit “Next” at the bottom of this page.) Grandchildren must be registered as additional guests.
There is a $5 deposit per family member to be taken off your May 31st payroll, which will be reimbursed in cash at the picnic. A meal ticket and $5 of ride tickets will also be provided for your family members. Please list your info, and the names and ages of the members of your household that you plan to bring:

This section is for registering GUESTS only. ONE guest is allowed to be registered in the Family section, but all additional guests need to be registered here. Guests are your children aged 19 or older, children who don’t reside in your house, all grandchildren, and any friends. You do not have to pay for guests ages 4 and under, but you still need to register them.
